Company Overview

BPO Venture Capital is the holding company for CXO Global Solutions' investments in the BPO sector and in companies leveraging CXO Global Solutions.  We generate superior returns for our investors through investments in the form of:

·      seed capital in BPO related start-ups within emerging markets, and

·      growth equity across a wide variety of industries for companies benefiting from CXO Global Solutions' suite of products and services.

We partner with world-class management teams to make equity investments in situations where there is a demonstrable opportunity to significantly enhance a company's value. 



Investment Approach

BPO Venture Capital seeks to act as an Angel Investor to fuel BPO growth within emerging markets where a company can provide complex services, have well-developed contacts in international markets and can leverage a large, new labor pool of skilled professionals.  Additionally, we seek to provide capital infusion for companies leveraging CXO Global Solutions where we partner with exceptional management teams to capitalize upon and catalyze change. 

Investment Criteria:

    ·    Acquire minority interest within high opportunity companies

    ·    Invest between $50,000 and $250,000 as seed capital

    ·    Invest between $250,000 and $2,000,000 in capital to finance                transformation

    ·    Companies should meet at least one of the following criteria:

1.  A Company leveraging transformational services from CXO Global Solutions

2.  A Business Process Outsourcing (“BPO”) related start up

3.  Start up’s within emerging markets
